It doesn’t need much scientific deduction

When politicians seem hell bent on destruction

The powers that be haven’t yet realised

That maybe civilisation is no longer civilised

As they march towards the worlds end

Is it too late for their ways to mend

While humanity is being torched

And the earth is getting scorched

Will the worlds violence

Ultimately end in total silence
